Sarsyadong Dalagang Bukid It is a classic Filipino comfort food, blending Spanish culinary influence (sauces and sautéing) with native ingredients. Traditionally made with fried fish (often tilapia, bangus,dalagang bukid or galunggong), and then simmered in a tomato-based egg sauce. "Sarsyado" comes from the Spanish word "salsa", meaning sauce. “Sarsyadong Isda” literally means “Fish with Sauce.” Ingredients: Isda Dalagang Bukid 1/2 kg. Tomatoes 2 pcs.
